How does the free trial work?
We place a suitable Auto-Barista at your site for around one week so your team can try it in real conditions — no obligation. Request a free trial and we’ll arrange delivery and setup.
What does it cost?
It depends on the machine, your volume and the plan (subscription/rental, outright purchase, or managed pay-per-cup). Use our ROI Calculator for an estimate, then ask us for a tailored quote.
Do you install and maintain the machine?
Yes. We deliver, install and train your team, and our service plans cover maintenance, descaling and support so you’re never without coffee for long.
What drinks can the machines make?
From espresso, americano, latte and cappuccino to hot chocolate and tea on selected models — fresh from beans, at the touch of a button.
How much space do I need?
Most machines need only a small countertop or floor footprint plus a power point and (ideally) a water line. We’ll advise the best spot during setup.
Do you supply the beans, milk and cups?
Yes — we supply consumables on a convenient subscription so refills arrive before you run out. See Supplies.
Which areas do you cover?
We serve workplaces across Malaysia, with 114+ Auto-Barista locations already live nationwide.
Can I switch or upgrade machines later?
Absolutely. As your needs grow you can upgrade to a higher-capacity model — just talk to your account manager.
