How much does it cost?
Per-cup pricing on subscription. Most KL offices land between RM 1.80 and RM 3.20 per cup depending on milk type competitive with office cafe runs and cheaper than per-employee Starbucks reimbursement. We quote per site after a free survey.
Is the coffee actually good?
Yes. Freshly-roasted beans from Miko Koffie NV Belgium’s oldest roaster (Est. 1801) Fairtrade & Organic certified. Phoenix uses a commercial PID boiler with ±0.5°C temperature stability the same spec used by Starbucks Reserve and Blue Bottle.
Is it Halal?
The beans, milk, and machine setup are all Halal-friendly. Our Belgium roastery is JAKIM-recognised. We provide certificates for your tender/procurement docs.
Who does the cleaning?
Phoenix self-cleans every cycle and runs a deep clean nightly. Coffee Star sends a technician monthly for descaling and deep maintenance. Your team does nothing.
What’s the lock-in period?
Standard contract is 12 months. After that, month-to-month cancellation allowed.
