Coffee Star at MAHA 2026: Booth K41 and a Main Stage Session
MAHA 2026 opens this Friday, 28 August, at MAEPS Serdang, and our team is packing the beans. For ten days, until the final Sunday, 6 September, you will find Coffee Star at Booth K41, Laman HPM KUSKOP @ MAHA 2026, the showcase for Malaysian entrepreneurs and cooperatives under KUSKOP’s Hebatkan Perniagaan Malaysia initiative. We can’t wait to see you there!

Our second MAHA: what’s at Booth K41
This is our second MAHA. At MAHA 2024 we took part in a quieter way, sponsoring the refreshments at the booth of MADA (the Muda Agricultural Development Authority) and serving the coffee there. This year we have a booth of our own.
Come by for a tasting. Our coffee is Puro, Halal-recognised and roasted in Belgium by Miko (est. 1801). It is Fairtrade and organic certified. Watch a live Auto-Barista demonstration, then drink the result.
Our team will be on hand to talk about the Office Coffee Service (OCS), our fully managed office coffee programme for workplaces, cooperatives and agencies: an Auto-Barista machine in your pantry, installed, refilled, cleaned and maintained by us on one monthly subscription, with no machine to buy. More than 114 locations across Malaysia already run it. Ask us about the free coffee tasting at your office.
You can also see Bean2Blossom, the programme that turns used coffee grounds from our machines into compost. It is the work behind our award: National Winner, SME ESG Challenge 2025/2026 (SME Corp Malaysia × UN Global Compact Network Malaysia, Brunei & Cambodia) for Bean2Blossom.
Main Stage: Habis Madu Kopi, Sepah Dibuang Jangan
On the final Sunday, 6 September, at 3 pm, our CEO, Raja Ahmad Fauzan, will be on the Main Stage at Laman HPM KUSKOP for a sharing session titled “Habis Madu Kopi, Sepah Dibuang Jangan”.
The title turns a Malay proverb around. “Habis madu, sepah dibuang” says that once the honey is gone, the pulp is thrown away. Our version says: when the coffee is done, do not throw the grounds away. He will share how used coffee grounds can be reused for compost and plants, and what a less wasteful, more sustainable way of living looks like. Three ideas run through it: guna semula (reuse), kurang sisa (less waste) and kelestarian (sustainability).
You are warmly invited. Come to the Main Stage, and stay for a coffee at K41 afterwards. If you cannot be at MAEPS that day, watch the TikTok Live on the Institut Koperasi Malaysia account and on ours, @coffeestar.my.
