A mobile coffee cart for events is a working coffee bar that comes to your venue. Your guests get freshly made coffee where the crowd already is, instead of a walk to the nearest café.

Coffee Star’s mobile coffee cart is a touch-screen Auto-Barista on a wooden cart counter that works outdoors under a canopy or umbrella. Each guest chooses a drink on the screen, and the machine makes that cup to order. For a show floor, we also bring a pop-up Coffee Bar kiosk or a Coffee ATM; at MAHA 2026 we ran both. Not every event happens on a show floor. In June 2023, our Cinta Kupi by Coffee Star cart served coffee at a wedding, and the bride and groom posed beside it.

The Cinta Kupi banner lists the occasions we bring the cart to: weddings, engagements, open houses, birthdays and aqiqah, as well as expos, meetings, gatherings, roadshows, conferences and training.

The coffee we serve is Halal-recognised. Tell us the date, the venue and roughly how many guests you expect, in the Klang Valley or Kelantan, and we will plan the cart around your majlis.

Every Auto-Barista is bean-to-cup. For each order it grinds whole beans and extracts a real espresso shot at roughly 9 bars of pressure, the pressure a barista’s espresso machine uses.

Think of it as a mobile espresso bar, or a barista bar, with the barista’s skill built into the machine. Every cup is made the same way, so the last coffee of the day matches the first.

At MAHA 2026, the machine behind our Coffee Bar was our Auto-Barista XL. Guests chose their own drinks on the screen, hot or iced, with coffee, an iced latte, matcha and a pink drink among them. At other events, guests have chosen cappuccino, tea and hot chocolate, with flavour syrups at some events. Ask us about the drinks for your event.

Good coffee catering starts with your programme, not with the machine. We bring our event coffee setups to conferences, exhibitions, product launches, brand activations and corporate events, in Kuala Lumpur and the rest of the Klang Valley, and in Kelantan.

In most programmes, coffee matters at three moments: registration, the breaks, and the end of the speeches, when people stay to talk. Those are the moments a queue forms, so place the mobile coffee bar where your guests will be at those times.

If your guests ask whether the coffee is Halal, the answer is ready: the coffee we serve is Halal-recognised.

At MAHA 2026, every cup we poured was Puro Fairtrade coffee, roasted in Belgium by Miko, a roaster established in 1801 that turned to office and catering customers in 1972. Fairtrade means farmers get a fair price, plus an extra amount for schools, reforestation and farm improvements. Puro sales also help protect rainforest through the World Land Trust. Through our Bean2Blossom programme, spent grounds from our machines become compost instead of waste. Coffee Star was named National Winner, SME ESG Challenge 2025/2026 (SME Corp Malaysia × UN Global Compact Network Malaysia, Brunei & Cambodia) for Bean2Blossom.
